1. Designation: welfare officer
To organize & supervise labor welfare work and activities.
Workers Induction and make them aware about their benefits like ESI, PF, Bonus and other benefits given by the company.
Help in maintaining staff & workers welfare schemes & welfare activities.
Ensuring welfare amenities as laid down in Karnataka Factories Act. & Rules.
To take care of workers grievance and settle their problems
To advice factory management regarding employee welfare activities.
Organizing committee meetings like grievance, works committee, canteen committee, anti-sexual harassment, health & safety committee. & training like first aid, fire drill, chemical handling, uses of PPE
Internal & External Trainings
Organizing training programs and should be able to impart training as Health & Safety, Chemical Handling, First Aid & Fire Training / Fire Drill, organizational behavior etc.
Time to time update of amended policies & new polices related to employees welfare ( wages, bonus, etc)
Statutory Compliance/ Audit
1) To Act as a negotiating officer.
2) To shape and formulate labour policies.
Desired Candidate: Should be less than 30 year of age, 2-3 year of experience in manufacturing industry, MSW(PM & IR) of (HR) specialized.
Should have knowledge on Labour Laws.
Fluent in English, Kannada & Malayalam
Location of work: Nelamangala, Bangalore.
CTC: 3.5 lakh to 4.00 lakh per annum (Based on experience)
